This workshop assists school leaders with the design and implementation of a focused professional development and observation process that addresses the need to increase student proficiency. This will be accomplished by diving deeper into creating masters of curriculum and using D2i and observation data to monitor, support and evaluate these efforts throughout the school year.
While this is a continuation of Parts I and II, leaders can attend Academic Leadership and return for Parts I and II to complete the six step process to deliberately address student growth.
*In our last session, there will be a number of short activities to allow participants to evaluate their own data with their teams. D2i licensed users will use the D2i Data Platform. Ideally, each team will have a licensed user; however, others will learn the evaluation process and identify data points needed for review.
